If a customer has booked a shipment with us, the customer is bound by the following Terms & Conditions determined by Couriers 24x7:
1. Volumetric weight shall be considered as the actual weight of the package, and the customer will be charged accordingly.
2. If the consumer sends ‘Restricted Items’ through an international courier, they are liable to pay return charges or else the parcel will be confiscated by Couriers 24x7.
3. Due to some customs procedures in various countries, the shipment may be delayed. In that case, Couriers 24x7 shall not be held liable for the delay.
4. All the packages are checked before dispatch by Couriers 24x7 for security objectives.
5. For the locations where third-party involvement is mandatory, customers will be charged extra.
6. Free packaging if the pick-up is within Delhi.
7. If necessary, Couriers 24x7 shall repackage the parcel, for which the customer is required to pay the repackaging costs. If they fail to do so, the package shall be returned.
8. The weight of the parcel may increase after the repackaging, which may require the customer to pay a renewed amount of money.
9. To maintain records, Couriers 24x7 collects customer information, like Name, Email ID, etc., which shall be secure with us and shall not be shared with anyone else without the customer’s consent.
10. Online payment made through a gateway may require the customer to pay a transaction fee that has no connection to Couriers 24x7 whatsoever. If the customer does not wish to pay the fee, they can use IMPS.
11. Couriers 24x7’ website and its contents are subjected to be changed or updated without further notice, along with the shipment charges.
12. Couriers 24x7 may change or update their ‘Terms & Conditions’ anytime as per their own convenience.
