By using this website and booking a shipment, you accept these terms completely. Our service is overseen by a registered pharmacist with over 17 years of experience, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance.
1. Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Goods
- Maximum compensation of INR 2500 for shipments handled by international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
- Maximum compensation of INR 1500 for Self-Network or Economy services.
2. Pricing & Weight Calculation
- Prices may change due to fuel costs and international tax updates.
- Shipping cost is based on Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight (L × W × H / 5000), whichever is higher.
3. Professional Inspection & Repackaging
- All packages are inspected by expert pharmacists.
- Special packaging (3-layer / cold-chain) may increase weight and cost.
4. Customs, Duties & Clearance
- Customs decisions are independent and beyond our control.
- All duties, taxes, and fees must be paid by the sender.
- No refund if shipment is seized due to restricted items.
5. Prohibited Items & Legal Responsibility
- Do not send banned items under NDPS Act or global laws.
- Sender is responsible for legal issues and return charges.
6. Documentation & Data Privacy
Valid ID (Aadhaar/Passport) and prescription are required. Your data is secure and only shared for legal clearance.
7. Delivery Timelines (TAT)
Standard delivery time is 4–7 working days but may vary due to customs or holidays.
8. Payments & Transaction Fees
Payment gateway charges must be paid by the customer. You can use IMPS, UPI, or Bank Transfer to avoid extra fees.
