Refunds are only available according to the rules of the service you picked while ordering. Make sure to carefully go through and understand the terms for your selected international shipment to avoid surprises later!
If you need a refund, you will have to reach out to us officially either by email or written request. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Please make sure you have the following while contacting us:
We can’t provide refunds for issues like lost income, medical emergencies, or other consequences caused by delivery timelines.
If your refund is approved, we’ll send it back to the same payment method that was used while booking. Only the person or organisation that originally paid will get the refund.
All refund requests go through a careful check with carrier logs and custom reports to ensure accuracy. The users are kindly requested to provide the platform some time for this standard review procedure.
You have 28 days from the date you placed the order to request a refund. We will not accept any request once the time period has passed.
Once your order is confirmed and the pickup process has started, it can’t be cancelled. International air freight slots are booked right away, so these are non-refundable.
